Caroline Horn is a partner on a16z's Talent Network team, focused on executive talent. She oversees the Andreessen Horowitz Director’s College On Demand program, which prepares under-represented board-ready executives for board service with VC-backed companies. Before joining a16z in 2012, she spent more than seven years at Google as an executive recruiting manager building global leadership teams across engineering, product management, sales, and marketing.
