Christopher Lyons is a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz and President of a16z Halo. He joined a16z in 2013 as chief of staff to co-founder Ben Horowitz and later helped launch the firm's first $400 million Seed Fund. He also founded a16z's Cultural Leadership Fund, which connects cultural leaders with technology companies.
