Colin Beirne

Colin Beirne is a Partner at Two Sigma Ventures. The firm says he invests in companies building new products and solutions that use data and advanced computing, across sectors including fintech, enterprise and consumer AI, robotics and devices, real estate, and others. He joined Two Sigma in 2005 to help with business strategy and product expansion, began investing in private assets in 2007, and started building Two Sigma Ventures in 2011. Before Two Sigma, he worked in technology investment banking and corporate strategy. His current interests include data-driven healthcare, human-computer interfaces, and retail tech. He holds a dual BA in Economics and Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought from Amherst College and lives in Brooklyn.
