Jeff Bussgang

Jeff Bussgang is Co-founder and General Partner at Flybridge. Flybridge lists his investment interests as agentic business applications, vertical SaaS, and fintech, and describes his experience as spanning entrepreneurship, investing, teaching, and writing. He serves on the Harvard Business School faculty, teaching Launching Technology Ventures, an MBA course focused on entrepreneurship and AI. Before Flybridge, he co-founded Upromise, a loyalty marketing and financial services company later acquired by Sallie Mae, and was on the executive team at Open Market, which went public in 1996. Flybridge notes that he has written three books, including The Experimentation Machine: Finding Product-Market Fit in the Age of AI.
