Joubin Mirzadegan

Joubin Mirzadegan is a Partner at Kleiner Perkins. His official profile says he leads the portfolio operating team and has helped founders and teams build and scale go-to-market organizations since joining the firm in 2019. He is also CEO and co-founder of Roadrunner, described by Kleiner Perkins as the firm’s first incubation since Glean. Before Kleiner Perkins, he built substantial parts of the sales teams at Evident.io and Bracket Computing, both of which were later acquired. He also created and hosts Grit, a podcast focused on building and scaling major companies.
