Mia Farnham joined Precursor full-time as a Principal and checkwriter in 2024 after being part of the firm's first MBA intern cohort in 2021. Before Precursor, she was a Principal at SteelSky Ventures, a women’s health-focused fund, and led Growth & Operations at Attn: Grace, a Precursor portfolio company. She began her career at Deloitte in M&A and restructuring, focused on consumer products and healthcare transactions. She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a BS from Cornell University.
