Zabie Elmgren

Zabie Elmgren is a partner at Andreessen Horowitz on the American Dynamism investing team, where she backs founders building companies in critical infrastructure, public safety, and related areas. She was previously a partner at Index Ventures, where she led early-stage investments and helped launch a future founders initiative. Earlier, she joined the founding team at Human Capital while studying engineering at Harvard and helped build it from an engineering recruiting firm into a venture fund.
